All of us have been trained in hygiene and received the certification from Halk Eğitim in Turkey. We also passed a medical test (pörter) less than 6 months ago.
We are working with gloves and hats, we do not use any pins in our headscarves and are compliant with the highest hygiene standards. A professional place

Maide is an awesome project led by Shirley Kaston to train disadvantaged women in becoming chefs. At this moment, our meals are produced in the kitchen of Maide Kitchen.
Maide has all the authorisations to operate and sell our food (TR-34-K-195661). It is located behind the Trump Towers (İzzet Paşa mah. Yıldız sk. 36-38 C Şişli İstanbul).
